WHAT WILL YOU DO
The Manager, Infrastructure Processes leads and optimizes processes within the Infrastructure department, overseeing cost estimating, process improvement, resourcing, preparation of presentations for Senior Leadership, and management of Master Services Contracts, while supervising a team of Project Coordinators.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement process improvements within the Infrastructure department, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to optimize project management and delivery processes. This includes implementing best practices, workflows, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee cost estimating for projects, including the preparation of detailed financial records, tracking and updating project costs, preparing cash flows, forecasts, and estimates. Develop strategies to control costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate the allocation of resourcing direct reports, ensuring effective utilization of department staff members and minimizing spending. Work closely with other internal departments to align resources with project objectives and timelines. Ensure the team effectively supports Civil and Terminal Construction Project Managers, General Managers, and the Director of Infrastructure.
- Support presentation preparation for Project Managers and Project Coordinators as required. Ensure clear communication of project progress and any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Oversee the management of Master Services Contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance, and identifying opportunities for improved services and cost savings. Preparation of Requests for Proposals for MSAs.
- Develop and implement data management processes to streamline data entry, validation, and retrieval. Consolidate reports to provide accurate and detailed information for project decision-making and performance tracking. Stay informed on Oracle-related updates and enhancements to support the team’s project reporting needs.
- Oversee the security escorting contract and process, ensuring optimized use of resources, compliance with security regulations, and adherence to the Airside Vehicle Operators Manual.
- Periodically review and update technical standards, documents, and processes to ensure alignment with current best practices, regulations, and organizational needs. This includes revising procedures to incorporate new technologies or methodologies as they become relevant to project management and execution.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- Post secondary degree or diploma in construction, education, business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to use project management software and tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project finances, including cash flows, change orders, contractual commitments, and financial reporting.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial records, forecasts, and estimates. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, demands, and deadlines.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues.
- Basic ability to read and understand technical specifications, design/construction drawings, schematics, and details.
- Working knowledge and experience in architectural, civil, construction, or mechanical projects.
