WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE
We work closely together as part of the Talent Excellence team to deliver high-quality learning experiences while continuously improving how we support the business. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver end-to-end programs, from identifying needs through to implementation and evaluation, to strengthen inclusion, engagement, and organizational capability.
- Collaborate with leaders and People team partners to understand needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance team and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the advancement of Inclusion priorities by designing initiatives, tools, and resources that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Deliver or support workshops, sessions, and discussions that build awareness, capability, and leadership effectiveness.
- Track program outcomes, analyze feedback and data, and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Lead, facilitate, and support initiatives that improve engagement, development, and overall employee experience across the organization.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field is required. Relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in inclusion, organizational development, organizational design or organizational effectiveness, or a related People/HR function
- Experience designing and delivering talent programs that support inclusion, leadership development, and/or employee experience
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPHR, CTDP, or similar) are considered an asset
