WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and execute learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and participant communications, while partnering with the Learning & Development Specialist to support enterprise learning initiatives through tracking, coordination, and implementation.
- Maintain and manage the LMS, including course setup, registrations, completions, reporting, and supporting users with system navigation.
- Coordinate learning components of onboarding and track completion of mandatory and compliance training across the organization.
- Support evaluation processes, maintain learning data and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes and program delivery.
- Prepare and distribute learning communications and ensure participants and facilitators have a positive, well-supported experience.
- Assist with coordinating external training providers, including scheduling, documentation, and related administrative activities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
- 2–4 years of experience in a learning & development, training, HR, or related corporate environment
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Adult Learning, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience coordinating programs or events, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) (Dayforce Learning or similar is an asset)
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French
- Familiarity with onboarding, compliance training, or enterprise learning programs
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools to support program delivery and improvement
