You’ll be joining a collaborative team dedicated to creating meaningful, memorable experiences across Calgary Airports. This role is part of the group that designs, plans, and delivers events that bring our culture to life, from internal crew celebrations and engagement activities to external airport activations, community events, and public facing experiences.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the planning, organization, and delivery of town halls, team events, seasonal celebrations, retail openings, etc by coordinating logistics, timelines, and details from start to finish.

Book venues, manage calendars, send invitations, track attendance, and prepare event materials so everything is ready at the right time and in the right place.

Liaise with internal partners to confirm requirements, secure resources, and coordinate logistics balancing needs, timelines, and available space within approved parameters.

Draft and adapt event communications such as invitations, agendas, and day of instructions to ensure clear, timely information for all audiences.

A collaborative, service-oriented mindset, you enjoy supporting teammates, responding to requests, and helping events run smoothly behind the scenes.
