WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE
The Accounting & Finance Team provides oversight, direction, and support in all aspects of accounting at The Calgary Airport Authority.  This team works closely and collaboratively with both internal and external partners in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Assist with AR and AP invoicing and disbursements
 
- Assist with month-end closings and reconciliations
 
- Assist with the capital asset cycle and/or capital program
 
- Work process analysis and documentation
 
- Filing and special projects, as applicable
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
 
- Pursuing a post-secondary educations in either Bachelors of Commerce or Business Administration or related fields. Please note: To qualify as a co-op or internship student, you must be enrolled in a post-secondary program where a work term is a formal requirement of the program and be able to provide documentation to that effect
 
- Strong organizational skills
 
- Proactive problem solver with the desire and ability to achieve results
 
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and enthusiastic
 
- A passion for building and maintaining good working relationships
 
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French
 
- Maximum of 2-3 nice to haves
 
- To qualify as a co-op or internship student, you must be enrolled in a post-secondary program where a work term is a formal requirement of the program and provide documentation to that effect.
