As our Airport Lands Coordinator, you will provide assistance on multiple projects which are being developed and facilitated at any one time. This position will provide analytical, administrative, and operational support services to the Director, Air Service and Land Development and to the Airport Lands Manager. 

The key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Assist in lease administration activities including the preparation of land leases, renewals, and other property management documents related to Airport Lands.
  • Enter and maintain lease documents; prepare leasehold, expiry, and renewal reports.
  • Maintain rental billing instruction forms and monitor tenant account payment tracking. Prepare and review responses to tenant concerns.
  • Handle land rental billing leases including set up and revisions in the database as well as coding and calculation verification.
  • Familiarity with lease documentation and lease compliance. Property management and    associated accounting and budgeting background would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to effectively focus on multiple projects and priorities with a calm, focused and flexible attitude and embracing change.
  • Ability to embody YYC’s values and drive impact to support the organization’s strategic planks
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work model with a combination of in-office and remote work.
